“Serving Smiles the IHOP way”

Why do I enjoy working at IHOP? Because I love being able to make guests smile and make them feel welcome every time they walk through the door. After all, We, the servers and Hosts are the first people guests interact with, we are in charge of that first impression.  

My IHOP job has benefitted me in several ways; first it has given me financial independence, this is my first ever job and thanks to it I am able to afford things without relying on my parents. Second, Making people smile. There’s literally a smile in the logo of the IHOP sign, and I do see a lot of smiles.  I can only conclude we’re doing something right. Lastly, I always feel accomplished at the end of a shift. That feeling of accomplishment is incredible, it is hard work but I strongly believe hard work always pays off!
