“I started my IHOP journey in August of 2001. I started as a dishwasher and quickly learned how to cook and became a cook trainer. I transferred to the St Augustine in 2007 where I became a General Manager shortly after relocating and was recognized with the “Sales Building and increase in profit Award”. In 2017 I was given an opportunity to run an IHOP in Daytona which I enjoyed for a short time before opening a brand new location in Palm Coast in the Summer of 2018. Opening a new location was my dream and it was incredible! I continued to learn and grow and was promoted to Manager Operator in August 2021. I have had the privilege of working alongside so many strong Leaders and I appreciate SRP for supporting my growth and advancement. I just celebrated 20 years with IHOP and look forward to celebrating another 20 more!”
