Bill Gowanloch has been Director of Operations for over 16 years, leading the Central and Northern Region for SRP. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, compliance of brand standards, maximizing revenues, and people development and planning for his region. Bill is a well-rounded and passionate restaurant executive with a passion for personal growth and development of his team. He demonstrates an ability to plan strategically, and influences team towards a focus on growth of AUV and has an excellent real estate acumen.

Prior to joining SRP, Bill developed and then sold his own fast casual Italian brand. Prior to that venture he was the Executive Vice President for Hooters Brands during the peak growth years, and has experience in a high growth organization, opening as many as 23 restaurants in a single year with that brand. Bill also spent his early years in the hospitality business with Marriott Hotels after graduating from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
