Claudia joined SRP/IHOP in 2007 in the role of Director of Human Resources and currently serves in the capacity of Vice President of Human Resources, a role she was promoted into in 2016. During her tenure with SRP Claudia has been an integral member of the company’s Senior Management team. In this capacity she has ventured in a series of initiatives focused on developing and implementing strategic HR practices that effectively support rapid business growth with a focus on people.

With over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, Claudia has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, training and development, performance management, federal and state law compliance, employee relations, employee benefits and management coaching. Claudia holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University. She resides in south Florida with her husband Andres and their two kids.
