Larry Joined the restaurant world during College and never left. His early career journey took him through major Casual Dining Brands where he held leadership roles in TGI Friday’s, Hard Rock Cafes and Applebee’s Restaurants. Over the course of his pathway, he lived in many domestic markets, and honed in his leadership skills from several terrific mentors and individual leaders along the way. Larry earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and obtained an MBA in Finance from Niagara University in Western, New York.

Larry joined the IHOP family 5 years ago and resides in beautiful St Pete Beach, Florida with his wife Amanda and four young adult kids. He enjoys anytime on the Beach, casual boating, and tries to get a round of golf when time permits.
