Lisa Mendez is the Regional Director of Operations for IHOP’s south FL region. She joined SRP 22 years ago; however, has been in the industry for about 35 years. Lisa has been an important member in the areas of Training and Development which has allowed her to develop and mentor current and new team members and managers. It has been her passion to help others grow and become more successful. In doing so, she has shared her vision that the key to success is to realize that our people are our most valuable asset and that team members will exceed our expectations if they are appreciated.

Lisa, her husband and three children reside in South Florida. She has been an active advocate for many organizations & charities. SRP/IHOP’s chosen charity is Children’s Miracle Network which Lisa actively supports by participating in special events. During Lisa’s tenure with SRP she has supported and raised money for American Cancer Society, Multiple Sclerosis, Boys & Girls Club, Broward Humane Society and many others. In addition, Lisa is an active member in the GAL program and participates in various Parks and Recreation events throughout Miami Dade and Broward Counties.
