Lisa currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations for the SRP/IHOP South Florida region, overseeing the day-to-day operations of 50 locations. With an impressive 25-year career at IHOP, she has developed a deep expertise in operational management and team development. Lisa is dedicated to mentoring and training team members, managers, and area directors, and has successfully guided individuals from new hires to district managers, always providing valuable support to colleagues across the organization.

Before joining IHOP, Lisa held leadership roles in the hospitality industry at Boston Market, Surfcomber Hotel, and Charades Restaurant, where she gained invaluable experience and progressively took on greater responsibilities. Her commitment extends beyond business as she has been an active participant in charitable organizations, including the Children’s Miracle Network and GAL Program, with which she has built a lasting partnership. Over her tenure at SRP/IHOP, Lisa has also supported numerous causes, including the American Cancer Society, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Boys & Girls Club, and Broward Humane Society.
