Raul has been involved in the restaurant industry for the last 32 years. He started with Sunshine Restaurant Partners/IHOP in 1997 in the position of Area Director and Director of Training then in 2016 Raul was promoted to President.

During his 25 year tenure with SRP, he has served in different positions and has been privileged to work with a great support team. Raul oversees an outstanding team of professionals that is composed of 3 Regional Directors and 14 Area Directors covering the state of Florida and Southern Georgia.

His professional mission is to grow and develop a well-trained team to deliver on the company’s expectations and goals, and to continue to increase our “People First” culture by delivering on our company core values.

Raul moved from New York to Florida 32 years ago and now resides with his wife in South Florida. He has two grown sons, and he is proud that they are graduates of the University of Florida and the University of South Florida. Raul attended Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida
